Bible study oN “LIVING BY GOD’S GUIDANCE” - (RECORDED ON 10/24/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (written by Dr. Charles Stanley)

During this Bible study we learned that we can live by God's guidance rather than our own ways and the ways of the world.  It's a different way to live and it must be done intentionally.  We learned five (5) steps on how God teaches us that we can live by His guidance.  First off, we must meditate on the Word of God, which means to "think about seriously and give continued attention to" what God teaches us in the Bible.  Scripture will direct us if we read it, stay familiar with it, and keep it foremost in our thoughts.  Then #2 is that we need to remain sensitive to the Holy Spirit so that we know His voice by paying attention to what God commands and doing it.  #3 is to wait on God's timing when we're in the middle of working through something.  He gives us the ability to wait patiently and pray about everything so we can hear what God desires to share with us in His time.  #4 is that we need to follow God even when we don't understand.  He doesn't require us to understand but only to obey Him, even when it seems unreasonable.  Fortunately, He always gives us the power to do so.  And finally #5 is to be strong and courageous as we walk in the Spirit of God for everything in our lives.  This requires deep conviction and courage to resist other pressures.  Let's all decide today to live by the guidance of God, no matter what He says or where He leads us. Are you with me on this?

Bible study oN “true riches” - (RECORDED ON 10/17/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (written by Dr. Charles Stanley)

During this Bible study we learned that God has given us incredible riches as He sent His Son, Jesus, to leave behind His divinity to take on every limitation of humanity for all for us.  Every bit of these riches are for our benefit.  We learned about these six riches or spiritual blessings and what they mean.  We are (1) chosen; (2) redeemed; (3) justified; (4) reconciled; (5) forgiven; and (6) freed from condemnation.  All these describe those who have put their trust and faith in Jesus as their Savior.  These six riches are exactly how God sees us.  As a result, we praise God who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Jesus Christ.  What our heart needs most comes only through HIM!  Hallelujah!

HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS:

Write out something in your life that may be keeping you from enjoying these true riches, which is God’s best for you, and how you can overcome it.

Bible study oN “what will we see when we get to heaven?” - (RECORDED ON 10/10/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (written by Billy Graham)

During this Bible study we learned about what we will see when we get to heaven.  We also learned who will see it, why we'll see it, and when we'll see it.  The most wonderful sight we'll see is our Savior - JESUS, the Savior of the world and His glory.  We learned that everyone will honor the Lord, singing praises to Him, and that our current finite imagination falls short of realizing what we'll see.  But we can trust God in what He promises us in that we'll see our Savior, receive a heavenly transformation in an everlasting kingdom, many glorious sights, streets of pure gold that look like transparent glass, everything new, while we feel the comfort of oneness as we're joined together with a rich welcome, gazing at Jesus and falling at His feet with joy and praising Him!  Nothing gets better than that!  Let these truths strengthen our faith, etching them deeper into our minds.

HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS:

Write out these "truths" that we learned tonight about what we'll see in heaven.  They will lift us up when we're struggling.  These valuable reminders will etch wisdom deeper into our hearts which builds a solid biblical foundation.

Bible study oN “GOD’S SEAL” - (RECORDED ON 10/03/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (written by Anne Graham Lotz)

During this Bible study we learned about the "seal of God" that He offers us.  This seal is a confirmation of His covenant and also assures us of our salvation.  This seal is a deposit, which is God's Spirit who indwells those who put their faith in Jesus as their Savior.  This seal is our guarantee that God's Spirit will never leave us, it's our evidence of salvation and a pledge for our future inheritance.  The presence of God's Spirit demonstrates the genuineness of our faith, proves we are God's children, and secures eternal life for us.  His Spirit gives us all we need for this life and is our constant companion to accomplish everything God calls us to do.  No one can break this "seal."  It doesn't get much better than that!  Do you possess God's seal?  You can, by faith in Jesus.

HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT:

Read Ephesians 1.  When reading, check this out:  Paul speaks of the blessings we have through the FATHER (vv 3-6), then of those that come through the SON (vv 7-12), and finally of those through the Holy Spirit (vv 13-14).  Let these truths resonate with you as you ponder them in your heart.

Bible study oN “THE POWER OF AN ENDLESS LIFE” - (RECORDED ON 09/26/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (written by Pastor Harold Salem)

During this Bible study we learned that those who are followers of Jesus are given the same power that raised Jesus from the dead along with an endless life. This means that we spend eternity with Jesus!  How amazing is that?  We also learned six truths about the POWER we're given because of Jesus:  1) We have power over sin; 2) We have power over Satan; 3) We have power over temptation; 4) We have power over remorse; 5) We have power over gloom; and 6) We have power for service.  As a follower of Jesus, we have God's resurrection power indwelling us.  This means we can do anything He's called us to do, and we can accomplish anything God has allowed in our lives to live through to fulfill our purpose.

Bible study oN “7 Ways to live for eternity” - week #3 of 3 (RECORDED ON 09/19/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned about the final two ways of the seven ways to live for eternity: (6) Manifesting God's fruit; and (7) Attaining the 5 Heavenly Crowns.  God's fruit are His characteristics that we (as followers of His) develop over time during our sacred adventure with Him.  When we spend time with Him, we begin to understand Him more and more.  Then we find ways to incorporate every aspect of our lives with His character or fruit.  Yes, the more time we spend cultivating our relationship with Jesus and personally experiencing Him in our lives, the more fruit we'll manifest each day.  This is important for others to see Jesus in us.  We need to study every fruit that He wants us to convey and purposely seek to manifest each one.  Consider focusing on ONE each month for the rest of our lives.  Did you know that every follower of Jesus is eligible to earn the 5 heavenly crowns?  It does take maximum effort though.  Because they are worth everything to us and will last for eternity, we develop a longing to attain these as we grow in our relationship with Jesus.  Every crown is permanent, incorruptible, and will never fade away.  Eventually we cast them at the feet of our Savior who deserves them all.  Let's be willing to do all that God has called us to do, and do it with certainty, purpose, and intensity.  Be willing to make sacrifices, work diligently, and live a life to attain the 5 heavenly crowns, as we long to hear these words from our Savior, "well done, good and faithful servant!"  So exciting!

Remember that God desires for us to live with a mindset that constantly considers that one day we will be with Him forever and what we do here in this life matters for eternity.  Our primary purpose on this earth is to become more like Jesus and glorifying Him (seeking His will above our own), while doing His work and sharing Him with others.  Living life glorifying God is living in a way that permeates God in all we do, say, and think.  Let's choose to learn more about what matters to God, so we can live with an eternal view, while making HIM our greatest treasure!  Lastly, let's praise God who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ (Eph 1:3).  Hallelujah!

“prayer circle @ the park at haverhill park” (RECORDED ON 09/16/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

What an epic day at the park in the presence of the Lord who was evident in our midst. God loves when we pray because it demonstrates our faith and enriches our spirits. We had a wonderful turn out with several men and women and God answered our prayers for nice weather. We recorded our corporate prayer (included here), and then prayed for those who submitted their own personal prayer requests this morning. We also offered one-on-one prayers for those who had that personal need. We collected non-perishable foods to donate to CROS Ministries to help feed the hungry. And we also gave out special gifts to our newcomers and drew a name for our newcomers to give away a free #RegallyRedeemed ministry t-shirt. Sandie Lombardi was our winner! Thanks to all who supported this divinely-appointed day! It truly was a spectacular day glorifying the Lord and fellowshipping together! Thank you, Lord, for answering our many prayers! YOU are the great I AM!

Bible study oN “7 Ways to live for eternity” - week #2 of 3 (RECORDED ON 09/12/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned about three more of the seven ways we can live for eternity: (3) Helping Others, (4) Asking God Daily How You Can Make a Difference, and (5) Believing Your Purpose.

We commit to draw others to Jesus in order to make them instruments for God's use.  We're willing to be inconvenienced because when we serve God by helping others, that is what brings all around satisfaction.  We choose to put aside our wants to live for Jesus.  We ask God daily how we can make a difference for eternity by being available for God's use.  We yield to the Lord in humility for Him to use us as He sees fit.  This awakens a motivation in us to reach the lost!  Then we believe by faith that God created us with a very unique and special purpose and that He has fully equipped us to fulfill it.  Nothing can thwart God's plans.  Each person of faith in Jesus can be used to do great things for the Lord because He works through them.  Choose to yield to the Lord with everything, starting at this moment!

Bible study oN “7 Ways to live for eternity” - week #1 of 3 (RECORDED ON 09/05/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned about two of the seven ways we can live for eternity.  (1) Glorifying God, and (2) Training in Godliness.

God desires for us to live with a mindset that constantly considers that one day we will be with Him forever and what we do here in this life matters for eternity.  Our primary purpose on this earth is to become more like Jesus and glorifying Him (seeking His will above our own), while doing His work and sharing Him with others.  God set eternity in our hearts: a longing to know Him intimately, and a divinely-implanted sense of purpose that only HE can fill.  When we seek anything other than God to fill the spiritual void or satisfy our souls, it's like grasping at a mirage.  We are to have singleness of heart:  one love:  JESUS!  When we don't have in our heart what matters to God, we won't practice it!  Living life glorifying God is living in a way that permeates God in all we do, say, and think.  It's living for eternity!

Then, more than anything else, we seek for a deep, lasting satisfaction from Jesus, as we purposely cultivate our relationship with Him every day, since HE is our greatest satisfaction.  We do this because of our LOVE for Him.  When we take pleasure in spending time with the Lord in His Word, learning what pleases Him, and praying for discernment, our heart aligns with His.  As we become savvy in God's truth, we're likely to become doers of His Word and all He teaches us.  We choose to live with an eternal perspective and behave in a way that will impact eternity.  This is what matters to God!

Bible study oN “motives” - (RECORDED ON 06/13/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned how God examines our hearts and minds to see what their condition is.  He desires them to be pure, like His.  He commands us to release all hurts to Him so He can heal us.  Our motives are determined by what we've hidden and stored in our hearts because of our life experiences, and as a result, what we've allowed to grow there.  Are they godly motives or ugly motives?  God says we need to renew our minds in His Word so that we know how to handle and release the pain in our lives.  His greatest desire is for us to be transformed into His likeness where our motives are like His - lovely, pure, compassionate, merciful, and humble.  We commit to:  forgive others, seek healing from the Lord, consider our motives before we speak or act, give away all the goodness, forgiveness, mercy and love God has shown us, and do all of this for the Lord!  May we all make this choice now and do this consistently with God's strength and power.

Bible study oN “describe the god you know” - (RECORDED ON 06/06/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned about the One and only true God of the universe - the Supreme Being, the Creator and Ruler of all that is, who is the self-existent One who is perfect in power, goodness, and wisdom.  He is eternal - having no beginning and His existence will never end.  He perfectly loves!  We learned that God speaks to us through His Word, Creation, and Jesus (Word made flesh) so we can see what He's like, learn His ways, His will, and desires.  When we study the names of God it can help us discover who He is and all He is.  Many of us shared how we described God in how we see Him and have experienced Him in our lives.  What a beautiful way to learn the different views of others, whether accurate or not.  God will eventually reveal Himself to us when we seek Him with all of our hearts.  This is His greatest desire.  May it be so for us all! GOD IS OUR WAYMAKER, MIRACLE WORKER, PROMISE KEEPER, AND OUR LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS. YES, MY GOD, THAT IS WHO YOU ARE!

Bible study oN “studying the bible” - (RECORDED ON 05/30/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned that God commands us to meditate on His Word day and night because that is what's best for us.  This is how He speaks to us and knows that we are blessed when we make the time to open the channels of communication with Him.  The Bible isn't a history book, it's God's very breath spoken onto every page.  It's precious and valuable!  There are various ways we can approach studying His Word and when we apply what He teaches, we will grow closer to Him and become more like Him.  That is the goal of our salvation.  If we will be diligent with our Bible study time, our life will change in amazing ways!  Let's choose to make time for Him each day and allow His Word to be the foundation of our lives.  Then we will be super prosperous and successful!

Bible study oN “studying the bible” - (RECORDED ON 05/23/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God that His Word, the Bible, is the very mind of Him put into words so we can know Him more fully.  His Word is a lamp for our feet and a light for our path as it gives perfect direction for our lives.  His Word encourages and equips and strengthens us for everything.  His Word also helps us understand our inner motivations.  God commands us to read, study, and meditate on His Word day and night so that we will choose to do everything written in it and prosper in everything we do.  We also learned a few methods and ways to approach Bible studying, including studying a couple of verses in the Book of James.  God's Word gives understanding to our simple minds, it's true and sets us free!  How can we afford not to be in God's Word?  The Bible will bless and benefit everyone who reads and applies its wisdom.  Let's make a commitment today to be diligent with our Bible study time and our lives will change in amazing ways!

“Bible study oN when we pass through the fire” - (RECORDED ON 05/16/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (from Pastor Harold Salem)

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word on the topic of "When We Pass Through the Fire" that there are five great lessons from the passage in Daniel 3:14-29.  The three teenagers who chose to follow God and not the king taught us that: 1) There was a companionship in the fire; 2) There was freedom in the fire; 3) There was contentment in the fire; 4) There was no harm in the fire; and 5) There is great witness in the fire.  Since we've all been in the fire of affliction at some point in our lives (or will be), we learned that it is quite excruciating; but we also learned that our faith is strengthened after going through it.  We often learn some hard lessons and learn to adhere to God's principles that were likely tested. This testing of our faith and pruning process is what perfects our faith and makes us more like Jesus.  That's why it's all worth it.  May we all develop a faith like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego!

“Bible study oN the study of James 1:19-22” - (RECORDED ON 05/09/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word in James 1:19-22 that when we yield, surrender, and humble ourselves as we sit down to read and study God's Word, we will be more prepared to hear from Him.  It's like we're removing any distractions, hindrances, or anything keeping us in bondage to living in sin that interferes with our fellowship with God.  We make a conscious decision not just to listen, hear, and partially absorb God’s Word, we decide to DO IT! (live in lock-step with the Holy Spirit so we can comprehend and obey).  This develops God's fruit in our lives and is proof that we're His children.  God says that He will esteem the one who is humble and contrite in spirit, and trembles at His Word - showing deep respect and love for Him!  Let's decide to do this as we learn to obey Him!  Our ultimate goal is to become like Jesus!

“Bible study oN giving jesus first place” - (RECORDED ON 05/02/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (Lesson written by Dr. Charles Stanley)

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word in Phil 3:7-16 that giving Jesus first place in our lives changes everything.  We give up our own lives so we can live for Jesus.  We let go of everything from our past life and throw all of our boasting on the garbage heap.  We now have a new life in Jesus.  Anything we lost or gave up because of Jesus we will reap so much more fulfilling and satisfying blessings in their place.  When we sit with Jesus by our side as we open His Word so He can speak to us, our sins will be revealed, we repent, are forgiven, and cleansed pure.  Now we're equipped to live for Him.  We should long to know the wonders of Jesus more fully so we can experience His resurrection power within us.  We utilize His strength and focus on the future.  We reap four spiritual blessings when we seek Jesus through His Word:  1) A quiet spirit; 2) A stronger faith; 3) A purified heart; and 4) A renewed mind.  May we all make Jesus our highest pursuit as we move away from everything else.  Let us all seek to follow one path with one passion!

“Bible study of titus 3:1-8” - (RECORDED ON 04/25/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word in Titus 3:1-8 about respecting our government leaders/authorities because God placed them in office.  The only time we don't obey authorities is if doing so would dishonor or disobey God.  We must do our best to be good citizens and an example of Jesus in all we do, say, and think.  God says we should never tear down anyone or purposely judge or quarrel.  At one time we all were living in sin and stubborn disobedience, just like everyone else who doesn't know Jesus as Savior.  Doing/living whatever way we want leads to slavish addiction to sensual gratification.  We aren't free as we think we may be - we're a slave to what our bodies dictate.  Once we become a follower of Jesus by faith, everything changes.  God renews us with a new life in Jesus.  We no longer live for what used to master us but now we live for the Lord - our new Master!  We need to devote ourselves to doing good works because it's beautiful and profitable to do so. Based upon the redemptive work of His Son, Jesus, the Father forgives, and sends the Holy Spirit to wash away our sins and continually renews us.  That's the gospel message!  It was God's kindness and love on why He did not simply banish fallen human beings but acted to save them.  God deserves the BEST we have!  Let's give it to Him!

“Bible study of 1 timothy 6:20-21” - (RECORDED ON 04/18/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word in 1 Timothy 6:20-21 about guarding our hearts with God's truth so we can protect ourselves and the church (other followers of Jesus).  God's Word is infallible, timeless, everlasting, magnificent, and priceless.  We should guard His Word because of its value!  We also shouldn't waste God's truth on others who continually scoff or ridicule Jesus, purposely causing division.  We should only share if it's apparent that they are receptive.  We should also refuse to get involved with ungodly conversations, people, and activities that promote controversies rather than God's work.  It should be our goal to become more savvy in God's Word and educated in godly doctrine so we can be protected by every revelation God has given us, and distinguish truth from lies.  Our faith should be genuine because a profession of faith that is true will ensure that person will never become an apostate.  Ultimately, we need to remember our main goals are knowing God, working together in loving harmony, and taking God's Good News to the world!

“Bible study of TITUS 2:11-14” - (RECORDED ON 04/11/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word in Titus 2:11-14 about the doctrine of God's grace.  His grace is without limits, undeserved, difficult to comprehend or describe, and always perfectly sufficient in every way.  We were saved by God's grace apart from any moral achievements or religious acts on our part.  God's grace is a gift from God and it should have a big effect on followers of Jesus.  Yes, this same grace instructs us that our salvation should produce good works.  During this present age in the world we live in we learned that it's operating in an evil realm led by the devil.  The devil is an unseen power behind all unbelief and ungodliness.  Because of God's grace and what He did for us, His followers possess His divine power and are given everything we need to live godly and escape the corruption in this world caused by our evil, fleshly desires and any other evil influences.  We can choose to obey and remain in His obedience so that we're protected and blessed, eager to do what is good.  God's grace teaches us to say "no" to ungodliness and do our best to commit to living like Him everyday, all day.  We spend time with our Lord (in His Word) in order to build our faith, know what pleases Him, learn His truth, live by His principles, and be encouraged and hopeful by His eventual return to take us to our eternal home.  We wait patiently and expectantly for Jesus' glorious appearance.  Hallelujah!  Now, let's do what God says in Titus 2:11-14.

“wE MUST TALK ABOUT HELL” (by billy graham) (part 2 of 2) - (RECORDED ON 03/21/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word that the place of hell is real and we should shun it at all costs.  God spoke about several reasons why we should shun hell, and some examples are:  Christ's estimate of hell is not good.  He explains how hell is a furnace of fire that will never be quenched, people who end up there are conscious and have their faculties and basically are alive, likely begging they would die; hell is an awful place of darkness and separation and agony.  We should do everything we can to avoid it.  It cost God His only Son to save us from hell.  God loved us that much to send His Son, Jesus, to die in our place in order to save us from the judgment of sins and eternity in hell.  God did not create man for hell because it was primarily created for the devil and his angels.  We should never want to go to hell but those who reject Jesus Christ are destined to spend eternity in hell with the devil and his angels.  Hell is separation from God and those who are not saved, are basically already in hell because they are separated from God.  We were not made for sin.  Instead, the AMAZING news from God is that when we renounce and repent of our sins and receive Christ as our Lord and Savior, we can miss hell and spend eternity with our Savior in a perfect, holy, and beautiful place called heaven.  Who wouldn't want that?   Those who are saved should want to tell the entire world about this topic because it's that important.  Share your faith with others!

“wE MUST TALK ABOUT HELL” (by billy graham) (part 1 of 2) - (RECORDED ON 03/14/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word that the doctrine of hell shapes our understanding of the gospel and God's amazing grace and mercy.  We need to understand this topic.  God warns us to shun hell, He says there is a day of judgment and punishment for the unjust (those who reject Jesus Christ), He says everyone who rejects Jesus goes to hell, hell is a horrible place, we weren't created for hell, it cost God His Son to save us from hell, we all must face death one day and then go to our eternal home - either heaven or hell, and we were made for God to be with Him forever!  Jesus talks about hell in the New Testament and there were also references to hell in the Old Testament - using four different words translated as hell.  God warns us concerning hell and says we should completely despise hell.  Hell is not a place that anyone ever wants to go and spend in eternity.  Next week we'll continue our lesson to hear more about why we should shun hell and how to tell others about why they wouldn't want to end up there and how they can miss hell and go to heaven instead.

“why obey god?” (part 2 of 2) - (RECORDED ON 03/07/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word how "obedience" brings us blessings and protection.  It also pleases God in the BIGGEST way!  We learned HOW we can obey God by the many ways He equips us.  As His children, He gives us weapons of righteousness (any gift from Him that has the power to destroy evil), His armor as our protective gear, and His power that indwells us.  Can't get any stronger than that!  God fights our battles when we utilize His weapons, remaining in obedience.  God desires more than anything to transform our minds and conform us to the image of His Son, Jesus.  When we allow Him, we're living for Him as our daily sacrifice, filled with the fruit of His righteousness, and revealing His Spirit within us while we show evidence of His work in our lives.  Now we can stand firmly in the midst of adversity and persecution or anything else because we're perfectly prepared for any battle.  Jesus obeyed, so we should too.  Jesus is the foundation for everything in our lives!  Live in Him and that's truly living!  He's worthy to be praised and exalted as our King, because everything He does is right and all of His ways are just!  Remember to memorize this paraphrase from Acts 5:29:  "I must obey God rather than myself or others."

“why obey god?” (part 1 of 2) - (RECORDED ON 02/28/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word some reasons why we should obey Him.  The first and most important is to prove our love for Him especially because He first loved us and offered salvation through faith in His Son.  When we learn to fear Him (reverencing Him out of love), we will begin to obey Him.  We choose to obey God because He commands us to.  We also obey so we can avoid negative consequences to disobedience, demonstrate our faith in Him, and fulfill His ultimate purpose for our lives.  When we choose to obey God, we can enjoy the opportunity to experience His unmatchable power that rests upon us and works in and through us, even to the next generation.  We demonstrate our spiritual act of worship, living sacrificially for God and experience the BEST in our lives when we choose to trust and obey Him wholeheartedly.  We reap many blessings for obedience!  How exciting!  Now will we heed what He taught us tonight?  Let's do this!

“Bible study of luke 5:31-32” - (RECORDED ON 02/21/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word in Luke 5:31-32 that Jesus' words were referring to being "spiritually" healthy and not physically healthy.  Everyone needs to recognize themselves as a sinner in need of a Savior in order to be spiritually healed.  Jesus is our Great Physician who wants everyone spiritually healed and brought from spiritual death to spiritual life.  This happens when we quit our striving to be good enough by doing good deeds and instead we put our faith in Him, and make Him the Lord and Savior of our life.  We are then given His righteousness and cleansed of all sin, are given His Spirit to indwell us so we're able to live a godly life, and given the wonderful gift of spending eternity with Him.  The decision to put our faith in Jesus all boils down to humility - putting aside our pride in thinking that we know better and think we're already good enough for God (like the Pharisees and teachers of the Law).   Have you made that decision yet - to accept Jesus as your Savior?

“Bible study of 1 timothy 1:12-17” - (RECORDED ON 02/14/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word in 1 Timothy 1:12-17 about how awesome God's grace is to save the Apostle Paul and any other sinner who trusts Jesus as Savior.  Paul is an excellent example for everyone since he was the "worst of sinners" and yet God used him mightily for His kingdom.  No matter how shameful our past, God can forgive and use anyone. The "Good News" of Jesus has the power to change hearts - anyone's heart.  As our relationship with Jesus deepens, our faith and love grows.  Then He can use us in bigger ways.  Remember, Jesus is always enough for us to do everything He's called us to do.ger ways.  Remember, Jesus is always enough for us to do everything He's called us to do.

“7 WAYS TO LIVE LIKE JESUS” - (RECORDED ON 02/07/23)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word about "7 Ways We Can Live Like Jesus."  These ways are not all-inclusive but ones that God taught me over the years to focus on each day.  Jesus set many examples in His Word for us to live by, and He also commanded us to do certain things that would benefit us.  My highlighted seven ways are:

1) Disciplining your time for studying and meditating on the Bible (making God a priority)

2) Praying bigger, bolder, more confident, and expectant prayers (refuse mediocre prayers)

3) Setting our minds (on purpose) first thing in the morning that we will be a blessing wherever we go (serving God by serving others)

4) Committing all activities into God's hands, inviting Him into every activity (acknowledging God all day long/yoked with Him)

5) Determining to take all thoughts to Jesus (change our bad habits of thinking)

6) Declaring by faith that God is always in control, always in charge of everything in our lives, and is always doing what's best for us (let Him)

7) Choosing all day long to be thankful and joyful, no matter what is going on (keep on praising - it's the best choice!)

“THINKING LIKE GOD” - (RECORDED ON 10/25/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

IMPORTANT REMINDER: We are now on a Bible study break and will resume in 2023!

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word that there is a battle for our minds, so we need to guard them. We need to learn to think like God in the 8 ways He described because He gives us His mind (through His indwelling Spirit) when we put our faith in Him. We learned that when we open our Bibles and allow God to speak to us, we renew our minds and begin to think like Him and experience His peace. There is danger when meditating on the enemy’s deceptions, or even our own fleshly thoughts, or what the world says instead of God’s Word. We are to dwell on what God says and how God thinks, so our actions will follow our thoughts. How? Examine what you are putting into your mind through TV, books, social media, conversations, movies, magazines, Google, and YouTube. Replace harmful input with wholesome material. Again, above all, read God’s Word and pray. Exposure to God’s Word is not enough. We must strive to know Him intimately, so we can become obedient, and have our desires reflect His. This is how we learn what God says and then learn how to think like Him. We ask God to help us focus on the proper way to think. It takes practice, but it can be done. Then we “do” what God teaches us. And His peace will follow. Right living results from right thinking!

“we have what it takes to defeat evil” - (RECORDED ON 10/18/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich and Janet Settles

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word that we can combat the enemy's lies with His Word. The enemy uses doubt, discouragement, and deception to defeat us. We all seem to fall into these traps because of what we hear from our enemies (ourselves, the devil, and the world). The devil seeks to steal our joy but we know from God's Word that the "JOY OF THE LORD IS OUR STRENGTH!" (Neh 8:10b). We can remain joyful in the Lord if we renew our minds in His Word daily, quote His Word out loud to feed our spirit and encourage ourselves, praise the Lord all day long, and overcome evil with good (replacing the lies with God's truth). We need to hide God's Word in our hearts. We can do like Nehemiah did when he was tested - sought the Lord, prayed and fasted and refused to complain. The Lord promises to be with us wherever we go! Therefore, we have all we need to defeat the evil around us.

“the justice and mercy of the cross” - (RECORDED ON 10/11/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (Lesson written by Dr. Charles Stanley)

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word that before the foundation of the world, the Lord had a plan in place to save mankind and restore their relationship between God and them. Because of God's deep love for each of us, He demonstrated His justice and mercy by sending His Son, Jesus Christ to die on our behalf to pay the entire penalty for sin bringing complete justice. Nothing else can display God's great mercy better than that. For those who trust in Jesus Christ and acknowledge that His payment on the cross was made on their behalf, they are forgiven of their sins and blessed with salvation. Their names are then written in the "Lamb's Book of Life" and are given eternal life with their Savior. Now those whose names are written in this precious book have the responsibility of sharing with others what Jesus did for them. Are you ready?

“HOW TO OVERCOME DISCOURAGEMENT” - (RECORDED ON 10/04/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (Lesson written by the late Pastor Harold Salem)

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word that He teaches us ways to encourage ourselves which quiets our souls. The late Pastor Harold Salem shared eight ways that God showed him how to overcome discouragement. We always start with opening two-way conversations with our Savior by reading His Word and praying to Him. Then we can follow with several other ways to encourage ourselves that God teaches, like thanking Him for all of our blessings, and declaring His promises. God always gives us encouragement when we need it. Once we seek to encourage ourselves with the Lord's help, our perspective improves and we become more dependent and reliant on Jesus. Eventually we begin to think, speak, and behave like Him. Then our mind, body, and spirit is uplifted. Let's continue to seek the Lord to overcome any discouragement in our lives.

“ENDURING HARDSHIPS” - (RECORDED ON 09/27/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (Kelly’s Personal Experience and God’s Faithfulness)

During this Bible study we learned from the Bible that God is perfectly faithful to empower us and sustain us to endure every hardship. No hardship is easy but it's so comforting to know we're not alone going through them. It's also super comforting to know that our Savior lives in those who put their faith in Him. Now as His followers, we are empowered to endure everything God allows in our lives. We learned that God will often give us more than we can handle so that we learn to rely on Him and no longer ourselves. That is a difficult lesson to learn but it's worth it. We learned that we have choices each day, all day to choose to believe God's Word and do His will. We learned that by faith we can trust that God's power is enough to satisfy our every need. When we choose to obey God, we live a holy, blameless life untouchable by the devil. We also learned that even though we're going through a difficult hardship, we can choose to thank the Lord, praise Him, and rest in Him as He fights the battle for us. We can learn who we really are as He unveils our true identity during a hardship. We come out as pure as gold and brightly shining like Him so we can be used in His kingdom in a BIGGER way! It all boils down to this: The more we know and understand the Word of God, the more useful we will be in doing the will of God and the more effective we will be in standing against the enemy of our souls! It is worth our time to re-listen to this Bible study replay and share it with others.

“POWER & AUTHORITY” (SPIRITUAL WARFARE) week 2 OF 2 - (RECORDED ON 09/20/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

Our main objective for this two-week series is learning that children of God (followers of Jesus) are given power and authority to defend themselves during any spiritual warfare. During this Bible study we learned from the Bible what it specifically teaches about Spiritual Warfare, how followers of Jesus are pursued by the evil one to destroy them, how strongholds are built, and how these strongholds can be demolished by the divine weapons we have available. We can always gain victory when we submit to the Lord, strive to live holy and resist sin, pray for God's protection, and speak God's truth. We have been given all the power and authority (and many other divine weapons) we need from God for this life that we live. God has armed us with strength for every battle. We have so much of Jesus in us and for us that we should be radiating Him everywhere we go!! The more we know and understand the Word of God, the more useful we will be in doing the will of God and the more effective we will be in standing against the enemy of our souls!

Don't forget to memorize and meditate on Psalm 138:3. Let’s choose to walk in the greatest anointing and authority the world has ever seen! We have all we need because of JESUS! As a result, we’ll have victory, liberty, freedom, and usefulness during our Sacred Adventure with HIM.

“POWER & AUTHORITY” (SPIRITUAL WARFARE) week 1 OF 2 - (RECORDED ON 09/13/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

Our main objective for this two-week series is learning that children of God (followers of Jesus) are given power and authority to defend themselves during any spiritual warfare. During this Bible study we learned from the Bible that all power and authority is from God who is sovereign. He has complete power and authority over everything and always has and always will. We spoke briefly about the "Trinity" and how God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit are all equal in every way. We learned the definition of a child of God, power, authority and how power and authority work together. We learned that Satan ruled this world for a time under God's limits, and how Jesus came to destroy Satan's work and power of death that he held. We also learned that whenever tempted by the devil, we can quote God's truth with power and authority, just like Jesus did. It is worth our time to re-listen to this Bible study replay and share it with others. Please take time this week to memorize one of the verses we talked about tonight: Psalm 138:3.

During this Bible study we learned from the Bible a few of God's amazing principles on living like Jesus. The first principle was to "think like Jesus." We learn to live in unity, full of love and grace when we think like Jesus. We are all to be joined to Jesus led by His Spirit. The second principle was "to take on the actions and attributes of a servant." Jesus came to serve and we can learn to make that our lifestyle each day too. Then we learned the third principle to "imitate Christ's attitude of humility." Humility unites us with God and each other. These are all principles to follow so that we "continue to work out our salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good purpose." The lovely prayer Nancy wrote was heartfelt and one we should pray often. Consider doing that. It is worth our time to re-listen to this Bible study replay and implement every principle. Let's learn to yield daily to the Holy Spirit. Ask Him to help you to follow Jesus and be a good example of Him wherever you go. May we learn to think like Him and put all of those principles into action. May we all be like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Hallelujah!

“prayer circle @ the park at haverhill park” (RECORDED ON 06/25/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

What an epic day at the park in the presence of the Lord who was evident in our midst. God loves when we pray because it demonstrates our faith and enriches our spirits. We had a wonderful turn out with several men and women and God answered our prayers for nice weather. We recorded our corporate prayer (included here), and then prayed for those who submitted their own personal prayer requests this morning. We also prayed one-on-one with a few people who had that personal need. It truly was a spectacular day glorifying the Lord and fellowshipping together! Thank you, Lord, for answering our many prayers! YOU are the great I AM!

“FORGIVENESS = ULTIMATE FREEDOM” - week #4 of #4 (RECORDED ON 06/28/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from the Bible that God will heal our hurts caused by our offenders when we choose to forgive them. God commands that when we let go of anything that will hinder us through unforgiveness and choose to obey Him, the healing begins. He promises to help us heal through our brokenness and be set free from our self-imposed bondage. God says to: 1) Learn what He says on how He can heal; 2) Put our confidence and trust in God that He will heal our hurts; 3) Believe what we KNOW by faith, not what we see or feel; and 4) Wait expectantly and patiently as we work through the healing process. Focus daily on the "Healer," not the "healing!" Unforgiveness does not please God and bears the works of the flesh; but forgiveness pleases God and bears the fruit of the Spirit. Recite God's principle: "I forgive others because God has forgiven me."

Let's live with peaceful hearts, uncluttered minds, and arms open with compassion and mercy to forgive! Declare: I am healed and walking in victory because of Jesus! God desires for us to live in freedom, peace and truth - choose that today!

“FORGIVENESS = ULTIMATE FREEDOM” - week #3 of #4 (RECORDED ON 06/21/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from the Bible what God teaches about moving out of an unforgiving spirit to doing what He says is best.  We learned that determining to "let go" of a painful incident of wrongdoing will release our emotions and begin the healing process.  God offers help with every step.  We can trust God to remove any desire for retaliation, and help us with our anger, bitterness, and resentment, if we're willing to do our part by putting aside the debt we feel is owed and no longer holding it against our offender.  If we obey the Lord, healing begins and we're set free.  Otherwise, we're enslaved in the sin of unforgiveness.  Remember that forgiveness is our cleansing agent when we choose not to allow our hurts to become our personal treasure.  Choose tonight to be set free!

Remember, the "hard stuff" can often become the "good stuff" (to accomplish God's purpose in our lives). God works for the good of those who love Him (again to accomplish His purpose in our lives).

“FORGIVENESS = ULTIMATE FREEDOM” - week #2 of #4 (RECORDED ON 06/14/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from the Bible what God says about unforgiveness and its harmful consequences. We learned some reasons we often don't want to forgive and what God says about them. After learning about the consequences of unforgiveness, we can decide not to unleash our hurts onto others by choosing to forgive instead. This brings freedom, healing, and peace because of Jesus' shed blood on the cross. This should always be our motivation - the cross of Jesus!

“FORGIVENESS = ULTIMATE FREEDOM” - week #1 of #4 (RECORDED ON 06/07/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from the Bible about God's amazing forgiveness that He offers every single person. God's hope is that we exercise our faith and accept Jesus as our Savior, so we can be forgiven. We also learned that since He forgives us, we should always forgive others. Our forgiveness of others should look like Jesus' forgiveness of us. Forgiveness started because of sin. We learned that forgiveness starts with Jesus, is entrenched in love, and sets us ultimately free!

“BUSYNESS” - week #5 of #5 (RECORDED ON 05/17/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from the Bible that obedience to the Lord is the key to living a prosperous life as we give God our first in everything we do. Living focused, dedicated, and disciplined all while fruitful in Jesus helps us live godly and live out His statutes. We can't just hear what God says, we must do what He says. We choose to remove our idols (anything that comes before God) so we can hear from God and receive His grace in all we do. We start to live out the dreams that our new schedule helps us reach. We slow down, say no more, and make time to notice others. God prefers that we slow down to enjoy all He has to offer and experience - His love, peace, joy, and rest! We learned to do everything with the Lord in mind since He desires to do MORE through each of us. HE is able!

“BUSYNESS” - week #4 of #5 (RECORDED ON 05/10/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from the Bible that as we live out our lives, God says that we should be prudent, careful, and disciplined, seeking to please Him by doing what is right and fearing Him so that we gain wisdom. We also learned that God rested from all of His work after working hard, and this was His example He set for us. One day each week should be set aside to rest. The several suggestions given for change and healing which will help us to come to the end of our own efforts is what will assist us in being done with the exhausting, busy Christian life. Once we enter His rest, He can live His life through us. That's when we genuinely start living! Let's move out of satan's yoke and take Jesus' yoke instead. That's how we'll find the rest we yearn for and need. Have a restful, but productive week finding strength in the Lord!

“BUSYNESS” - week #3 of #5 (RECORDED ON 05/03/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned that God has given us protection to live effectively and holy in this sinful world. Followers of Jesus have God's Spirit and His spiritual armor to protect them. God even sends His angels to protect us too. God is always with us, as followers, so He is our continual protection. We learned about what can distract us, hold us back, and destroy us from knowing Him intimately. We were encouraged to identify what is weighing us down, then find Bible verses that support these areas in our lives that shift our focus off of the Lord and keep us too busy. We need to hear what God says about our schedules and our busyness. We can choose to study His Word and obey Him. Remember, everything is permissible but not everything is beneficial, so choose wisely (1 Cor 10:23). Put on God's armor and use it! Let's choose today to prayerfully and carefully make the appropriate changes necessary to consider our schedules so they reflect Jesus in our lives. We have all we need to do so.

“BUSYNESS” - week #2 of #5 (RECORDED ON 04/26/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned about our enemy, the devil, and his strategies. We learned that he's real, invisible, and wants to destroy us. We learned how we should be more aware of negative influences that can affect our lives and our schedules. We are in a spiritual battle and busyness ushers in sin. Remember, a sinful state is also a state of constant discontent. A person can actually become addicted to busyness for various reasons. When we're too busy, we open the door to the devil, so we should identify what is driving our busyness. We learned that it's important to know our enemy and who we are in Jesus because when we do, we need not fear the result of 100 battles! We do have spiritual weapons that God gives His followers and we also have His power living in us through His Spirit. Ask yourself - would God approve of my schedule? Check out the homework assignment which should help to identify whether or not changes need to be made.

“BUSYNESS” - week #1 of #5 (RECORDED ON 04/19/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned that the Bible teaches ways that we can overcome busyness in our lives. We learned the TRUTH from the Lord that constant busyness is not from Him. We learned that we can make a decision to slow down, move God in first place in our lives, conduct ourselves like Jesus would, learn truth in His Word, so we can live in His will, and live a dynamic, Spirit-filled, victorious life. This won't happen unless we choose to make some changes and set new boundaries that establish structure and model Jesus in our lives. We also learned that B.U.S.Y. means being under satan's yoke. We certainly don't want that!

“OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE” - week #2 of #2 (RECORDED ON 04/12/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned that the Bible teaches that sharing our faith means obeying the Lord and getting His message out to this lost world! We learned various ways that we can share the Gospel and live out our faith for others. We learned about the acronym of F.A.T.H.O.M. S.H.E.E.P. that Kelly created (Feet, Arms, Teacher, Hands, Offshoot, Mouth, Smile, Heart, Eyes, Ears, and Prayer). This is how we can be used by God to be His example in this lost world. Many others shared ideas on sharing too. Come on, let's do this! You can make up your own acronym which helps you to remember something. Let's get out of our comfort zone as we allow God to use us for those who desperately need to hear about His plan for salvation. By the way, this is a good time to share this week - being HOLY WEEK!

“OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE” - week #1 of #2 (RECORDED ON 04/05/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned that the Bible teaches that sharing our faith means obeying the Lord and getting His message out to this lost world! We heard that God wants us to develop a heart for the lost; that we're saved only by faith in Jesus and not any good works; that we can choose to ignore or reject God, but we are all accountable to Him; and that we share our faith because God says so and we do our best to make sure people do hear. God equips us to understand His truth and do what He commands us to do. God's greatest desires are that we hear or see His plan for salvation, we believe by faith, we accept it as truth, then share this with others by obedience. We learned that we can be like Peter and ask for opportunities to share Him; be willing to take advantage of the opportunities; trust Jesus to help as we move forward to share; relish in a strengthened faith; and experience God's great power working in and through us. Let's get out of our comfort zone as we allow God to use us for those who desperately need to hear about His plan for salvation.

“the COURAGE WITHIN YOU” (RECORDED ON 03/29/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (lesson taught by Janet Settles)

During this Bible study we learned that the Bible teaches that we have all we need for this life to live it out in a godly, protected, brave, and victorious way! Janet spoke about the weapons available for our use (the Holy Spirit's power, authority in Jesus' name, wearing and using His armor), performing supernatural things, the anointing for the battle, enjoying confidence in the outcome, and the purpose for our victory. Remember: refuse to speak about how big your giants are. God is always greater! Hallelujah!

“the spirit of truth” (RECORDED ON 03/22/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (lesson taught by Nancy Abramson)

During this Bible study we learned that the Bible teaches that God's Spirit gives His followers an awareness of the heavenly realm; and He provides wisdom, discernment, and help to distinguish between truth and lies. He also convicts us of sin, which should humbly draw us back to Him. We learned that we can listen for, recognize, and hear the voice of the Holy Spirit. We learned how the Holy Spirit leads us all day long (if we choose to listen) into God's truth. And yes, the Holy Spirit reminds us who we are in Christ. We even have a list that we can boldly declare of who God says we are in HIM! We should speak this out loud each day! Let's start doing that today!

“In the WORLD but not of it” - WEEK #2 (of #2) (RECORDED ON 03/01/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

(Reminder: Bible study by phone break on 03/08/22 & 03/15/22).

During this Bible study we learned that the Bible teaches that worldliness is a force, a spirit, an atmosphere of the cosmos that is in opposition and in contradiction to all that is godly and Christian. God provides His followers the "power" to live separate from the world. We can only achieve this separation by a close walk with Christ, by constant prayer, and by seeking the Holy Spirit's leadership every hour of the day. We can always overcome all evil by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB! Hallelujah!

Remember something: "It's not doctrine that we teach, scriptures that we quote, or how right and holy we are, but by how much we LOVE others"!

Let's socialize with others like Jesus did to demonstrate His love, and share His Good News; but seek to remain separate from worldly behaviors so we can retain our distinctive kingdom character. Also, let's pray together that God continues to teach us how we can be separate from this world system while becoming more like Him! Please join me again when we resume on 03/22/22.

“In the WORLD but not of it” - WEEK #1 (of #2) (RECORDED ON 02/22/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word that although we (as followers of Jesus) live in the world, we should only love the people in the world but never to get entangled with the world itself. The world we're referring to is the world system which is headed by Satan and based upon self, greed, and pride. This is the world God warns about, and it is this world system and philosophy that followers of Jesus are to shun and remain free from. Jesus' death on the cross delivered His followers from this present evil age and set us free through our salvation. We cannot be a friend of this world (system) and be a friend of God too. Jesus delivered us not only from eternal suffering in hell, but also from evils of the present age. As a follower of Jesus, we are set apart, and can enjoy an abundant life that He died to give us! Hallelujah!

“STOP LIVING LIKE THE WORLD LIVES” - WEEK #3 (of #3) (RECORDED ON 02/15/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from God's Word (after studying Billy Graham's lesson titled "Stop Living Like the World Lives") that we are influenced negatively by the world but that we must take steps to avoid this. God gives us His truth in His Word and how to accomplish this. When we spend time in dialogue with our Savior (us speaking to Him in prayer while we listen to Him when we read His Word), He teaches us what we need to know through His Spirit. His Spirit guides us into His wisdom and truth. This way, we can live apart from worldly ways and escape the corruption in the world caused by our own desires. When we reflect on everything Jesus has done for us, it should spark a huge change. We are to be clean, as vessels fitted for our Master's use. Since our bodies are filled with God Himself (as a follower of Jesus), we should never feel comfortable sinning or living like the world lives! We are conforming into the image of Jesus!

“STOP LIVING LIKE THE WORLD LIVES” - WEEK #2 (of #3) (RECORDED ON 02/08/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from the Bible (as Billy Graham taught in his message titled "Stop Living Like the World Lives") that we should not conform to the world mentally, physically, socially, or spiritually. Instead we should be conformed daily to the image of Jesus Christ! "When we believe truth, we're grounded in a biblical worldview." ~ Dr. David Jeremiah

Let's seriously consider investing in our relationship with Jesus so we can learn to become more like Him. May we search the Scriptures so that we RENEW OUR MINDS!

Pray and ask the Lord to help you be disciplined to get into His Word, give you the wisdom to understand it, and the power to obey it! Let's stop living like the world lives.

“STOP LIVING LIKE THE WORLD LIVES” - WEEK #1 (of #3) (RECORDED ON 02/01/22)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned from the Bible (as Billy Graham taught in his message titled "Stop Living Like the World Lives") that we should not allow ourselves to conform to the world and its ways, but instead we should transform our minds by hearing and studying what God says. We should be different from the world in thought and character. We should be nonconformists as followers of Jesus. "A true Christian is a nonconformist!" ~ Billy Graham

Let's seriously consider being that "ONE PERSON" who is declaring that we are not ashamed of the gospel. Let's stand in the midst of the world and declare what Jesus has done in our lives. Let's look, think, love, and act like Jesus!

Pray and ask the Lord to help you not to compromise His truth to accommodate public opinion, popular morality or worldly philosophies; and ask Him to help you strengthen your resolve to remain faithful to His standards. Let's stop living like the world lives.

ROMANS 8 RECAP FROM ENTIRE SERIES:

We learned that as a “follower of Jesus”:

“ROMANS 8” - WEEK #5 (of #6) (RECORDED 10/19/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned about the incredible benefits we receive from the work of Jesus Christ as a follower of His. God taught us in Romans 8:31-36 that for the follower of Jesus there are FIVE UNSHAKABLE PROMISES: there is NO INTIMIDATION, NO DEPRIVATION, NO ACCUSATION, NO CONDEMNATION, and NO SEPARATION. When Jesus died on the cross and rose three days later, He paid the penalty of sin for all who would become His followers. Jesus continues to bless us each day with a multitude of blessings and with these five unshakable promises, they help us live a victorious life here on earth!

Remember that JESUS LOVES YOU BECAUSE THE BIBLE TELLS YOU SO! No matter how many times you allow the accuser to intimidate you, you have no condemnation because you have been forgiven - JESUS LOVES YOU!!

“ROMANS 8” - WEEK #4 (of #6) (RECORDED 10/12/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned that Romans 8:28 is one of the greatest promises in the Bible! God shows us that this is a definite promise, a divine promise, a definitive promise, a dynamic promise, and a defined promise. This verse can be an anchor of hope and truth in our lives that God will use everything that happens to us for our good and for His glory.

HOMEWORK for Studying Romans 8:29-30:

We see how God calls each of His children into His forever kingdom. There are some great dividing topics in Romans 8:29-30: salvation, role of election, foreknowledge, and predestination in our calling to the kingdom of God. These topics should help us gain a greater understanding of God's great love that pursues us in order to call us His own (rather than divide us). I encourage you to make time this week to study this short passage.

“ROMANS 8” - WEEK #3 (of #6) (RECORDED 10/05/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned what happens when a follower of Jesus lives a Spirit-filled life. The follower of Jesus is RESPONSIBLE to the Holy Spirit, REINFORCED by the Holy Spirit, RULED by the Holy Spirit, RELEASED by the Holy Spirit, REASSURED by the Holy Spirit, and REWARDED by the Holy Spirit. God gives us His power to live a supernatural life through His Spirit. Everything God gives to Jesus He also gives to His children, as His followers. We can live like the child of God that we are!

“ROMANS 8” - WEEK #2 (of #6) (RECORDED 09/28/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we examined the conflicting natures of the flesh and the Spirit in the life of a follower of Jesus. We learned about these two natures within us that constantly war against each other because the one we nurture wins. We learned that there is the fleshly mindset and the spiritual mindset. The fleshly mindset is all about ourselves - living our lives without God. The spiritual mindset is all about God and pleasing Him - that is when we truly live! We also learned that followers of Jesus have God's Spirit inhabiting them, invigorating them, and insuring them. The Holy Spirit is the down payment from God that one day His followers will spend eternity with Him. What an amazing truth!

“ROMANS 8” - WEEK #1 (of #6) (RECORDED 09/21/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

Thank you for joining me for this very exciting Bible study on "ROMANS 8 - the Greatest Chapter in the Bible - as Dr. David Jeremiah believes." David states that there is no chapter in all of the Bible which so clearly presents what the spiritual life is meant to be for the believer in Jesus Christ. Romans 8 is the key chapter in the New Testament to help us understand how to effectively live the Christian life - to live our life the way God intends us to live it. Some of the language is not easy to interpret when you first read it, but as you delve deeper into the text, you'll discover the amazing assurance and practical truths for living that are found in Romans 8. We will be studying this over the next five weeks.

During this Bible study, we studied the first passage in Romans 8 (verses 1-4). We explored the incredible freedom that is found in being a follower of Jesus Christ. FREEDOM = the right to enjoy all the privileges or special rights of citizenship (followers of Jesus have a new citizenship - part of His royalty kingdom). The first verse is one of the most powerful verses in the Bible because of what Jesus did for us. He paid the punishment of guilt and sin so that His followers would no longer be condemned. Quite unfathomable, it's difficult to comprehend this kind of love, grace, and mercy from our omnipotent God. We will continue this series over the next five weeks using God's Word (the Bible) and Dr. David Jeremiah's Study Guide.

“Avoiding self-pity during sadness” - (RECORDED 09/14/21)

Guest Teacher is Janet Perez Settles - Hosted by Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study, Janet shared how we can conquer discouragement and self-pity if we count on these four truths: God’s provision, God’s peace, God’s plans, and God’s power.  Janet asked some tough questions and taught the answers from God’s Word. God offers us provision and help and is always there with us. God strengthens us, upholds us, protects us, and helps us tremendously. God gives us peace and restores us - when He makes us lie down in green pastures while leading us to quiet waters and guiding us. He extends mercy to us daily because He overcame the world. He is enough for us and is our portion. Hallelujah!

“LIVING GOD’S FRUIT” - WEEK #5 - FINAL WEEK (RECORDED 07/27/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study, we read through Colossians 3:12-14, 23 TPT and Titus 2:11-15, 3:8, 14 TPT. We make choices that can either feed us or defeat us (spiritually). Producing God's fruit means that we've become increasingly aware of our sinfulness and weakness, and more sensitive to our dependence upon Him; we respond to sin with quick repentance since sin destroys our fruitfulness; our desire to obey intensifies, and the attraction of sin lessens; we recognize the potential benefit of struggles since faith is developed through hardship; we intentionally live God's fruit each day to show that we belong to Jesus; and we spend time each day with our Savior.

As we learned during this series, God’s characteristics are what He refers to as “FRUITS.” God plants His fruit as seeds within us. He then prunes, feeds, and tenderly nurtures these seeds to their full potential. This is how we yield His beautiful fruit in our lives. The more we abide (stay connected) to Him, the more fruit we will bear. This series described all nine types of God's fruit and how to produce them. This teaching series impacted me tremendously and I pray that it did for you too.

“LIVING GOD’S FRUIT” - WEEK #4 (RECORDED 07/20/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study, we read through 1 Peter:3-8-12 TPT and 1 Timothy 4:12b, 15-16 TPT. We learned that we can make Jesus our role model and kindness our lifestyle. We also learned that when we're good to others, it encourages their spiritual growth. We should practice every day the habits that will make us more like Jesus. Then we'll be His example and cause others to want to follow HIM!

“LIVING GOD’S FRUIT” - WEEK #3 (RECORDED 07/13/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study, we read through Romans 8:5-9 TPT. We learned that God is very interested in the formation of our character by living by His Spirit. This means that we give the Spirit full permission to lead us, guide us, teach us, convict us, etc. When we do, we are abiding in Him (tuning into Jesus) and cooperating with Him to allow His fruit to grow. This leads to genuine life and peace! The two types of fruit we learned about this week were PEACE and PATIENCE. We remain in perfect PEACE when we secure our eyes upon Jesus. And PATIENT people reflect Jesus! Let's choose these two godly characteristics each day, all day.

Our HOMEWORK for this week is to read through all of the Bible verses in the Outline. Read the book of John (Gospel of John) to learn more about (sequence to deliverance): GRACE (John 3:16), TRUTH (John 8:31), FREEDOM (John 8:32), PEACE (John 14:27). Speak aloud and meditate on this: “I refuse to lose my patience and refuse to allow any sin to rule me.” Then memorize these verses: 2 Peter 2:19b and Psalm 119:133. This homework can be completed over the next month.

“LIVING GOD’S FRUIT” - WEEK #2 (RECORDED 07/06/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study, we read through John 15:1-17. We learned that Jesus is the vine and we are the branches. When we remain in Him as we trust Him and keep being our best, God releases much fruit in our lives. As a result, we will begin to think like Him, speak like Him, and behave like Him - displaying His character (His fruit) in our lives. This changes us and changes those around us (all for the better)! We studied two types of God's fruit: LOVE and JOY! We learned that we must "choose" these and continue to choose them, if we want them to grow. Love comes first because it covers all others. Each morning, set your mind to choose God's fruit all throughout the day. You'll be so glad that you did. Please review the "HOW" section of the Outline on how to produce these fruits. "Joy runs deeper than despair." ~ Corrie Ten Boom

Our HOMEWORK for this week is to read through all of the Bible verses in the Outline. Also, read "What is Agape Love?" at www.gotquestions.org.

“LIVING GOD’S FRUIT” - WEEK #1 (RECORDED 06/22/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

This Bible study series will run for six weeks (06/22/21-07/27/21). Please make every effort to attend them all or listen to the replays, so that you can receive all God has for you to live in His fruits.

During this Bible study, we read through our study passage from Galatians 5:16-26 NIV. We learned that when we give God permission to take control of our entire lives (thoughts, desires, will, words, hearts, actions), and cooperate with His Spirit in order to obey, we will not gratify our sinful nature. Instead we will live productive, prosperous, satisfying, and fulfilling lives that please God and produce His fruit. Let's not miss next week where we learn about His fruit and how we can produce each type.

Our HOMEWORK for this week is to read our study passage from the Passion Translation (Gal 5:16-26 TPT). It may offer more insight.

“FOCUS ON JESUS” (RECORDED 06/15/21) (testimony - PART 2)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study, we read through our study passage from 2 Chronicles 20:1-30, and we deliberately examined each of the battle steps God taught King Jehoshaphat. These steps clearly demonstrated God's power and principles for victory! We can use these steps to ensure victory when we're up against our armies while keeping our FOCUS ON JESUS. We learned that we never need to look to our own strength because the battle isn't ours. We were reminded of our four "spiritual" weapons God gives His children to use, which are always effective, when used properly. We have all we need for victory in this life because of Jesus! FOCUS ON JESUS always!!

If you missed last week's HOMEWORK, you can complete it this week: Read Psalm 100 (a couple of times) and meditate on its principles. Also, if you'd like, take time to listen to the song, "Bigger Than This" (My God is Bigger Than This) by Jo Dee Messina.

PRAYER CIRCLE @ THE PARK (recorded 06/12/21)

For those of you who couldn't attend our PRAYER CIRCLE @ THE PARK event this morning, I wanted to invite you to listen to the prayer that we prayed. We recorded this prayer so that you could participate with us. I encourage you to take the time to listen to this prayer and pray it with me, because this prayer was a beautiful version of God's Spirit completely speaking through me to our Lord Jesus who intercedes for us before our Heavenly Father. Heaven was moved in a mighty way this morning as a group of us prayed together. Just like last time we did this, we enjoyed the chirping of birds and even the planes flying above us which captured the presence of God's peace that exudes from being outdoors enjoying His creation. It truly was an epic event and I was privileged to be a part of this special time together. May God continue to bless each of you and may you be enriched by this prayer too.

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study, you heard about my struggles over the past year and how God worked with me to reveal what I needed to heal from. We read through our study passage and briefly learned how God used the armies that came against King Jehoshaphat from 2 Chronicles 20:1-30 to demonstrate HIS power and principles for victory! Next week, we will learn several practical steps that we can use to ensure victory when we're up against our armies while keeping our FOCUS ON JESUS. I also attached our "Outline" again to this email in case you misplaced the original email that I sent, or in case you want to forward to someone else to invite them to join us next week. We still have another week to finish this two-week series. Please mark your calendar now, so you don't miss this second half.

By Kelly Ann Bradicich & Nancy Abramson

This Bible study by phone was taught by our special guest - NANCY ABRAMSON. During this Bible study, Nancy taught from Deuteronomy 30:19-20a. We learned steps that Moses instructed the children of Israel to take in order to "Choose Life." Now is the time to (1) "love the Lord your God," (2) "obey Him," and (3) "stay close to Him," all because HE is your life! These are the same steps (divine keys) we can apply to live an empowering, fruitful, and beautiful life!

“LIVING IN VICTORY-THRIVING WITH JOY” (overcoming anxiety) (RECORDED 05/04/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich & Janet Settles (formerly Janet Perez Eckles)

This Bible study by phone was taught by our special guest - JANET SETTLES (formerly Janet Perez Eckles). During this Bible study, Janet taught from Joshua 1:5-9. We learned three steps that Joshua took in this passage on how to be strong and courageous as he crossed the river. As Janet shared those three steps, she gave excellent examples on how we can take these steps in our own lives and live in victory and thrive with joy. My prayer is that God spoke to each of us in His special way and that He will help us draw upon His power, declare His Word and promises over our lives and that we would break old habits and make new habits that glorify Him. Remember, HE is always with us wherever we go! Therefore, we can be strong and courageous because God is our battle fighter!

“WE HAVE ALL WE NEED” (RECORDED 04/27/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study, we studied the passage from 2 Peter 1:3-4 NIV & TPT. We learned that as "followers of Jesus" we have all we need to live the abundant and prosperous life that Jesus died to give us through HIM living in us through His Spirit. But we also learned that although we have this divine power, we must believe we have it and utilize it in our lives. We do this by completely surrendering to Him for everything while releasing our faith by trusting Him. Our confidence comes from remembering God’s past faithfulness, our strong convictions on what God can do when releasing our faith, and discerning God’s voice because we know how to hear from Him. We embrace an adoption mindset and trust who we are in Him. We no longer live for ourselves but instead for Jesus who loves us and has given everything for us. We are made complete in Jesus and He never left us lacking anything for this life. What amazing truth all of this is for us as His regal children. Yes - we truly have all we need because of Jesus! Let's live this out by declaring each day, "I am rockin it resurrection style!"

“JESUS IS OUR HOPE” (RECORDED 04/20/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study, we studied the passage from Romans 8:18-27 NIV & TPT. We learned that as "followers of Jesus" our present sufferings don't compare with the glory that God will reveal in us. God's radiant beauty and perfection will eventually reflect in our lives for all eternity. Salvation is about NEW birth, NEW life, NEW heart, and a NEW nature - one day we will be fully restored to a NEW, perfect life! We have a longing to be released from our earthly bodies and receive our perfect bodies in eternity. Where we live on this earth now is just a temporary home. We can't wait for the future kingdom that God has set for us as His children. While we're here though, God has given us a divine helper, His Spirit, who is with us every moment. One day everything will be restored, and every wrong will be made right. We’ll live in our permanent, eternal home with our Savior, in our new resurrected bodies, surrounded by everyone who loves perfectly. These are God's promises and by faith in Jesus we wait expectantly and patiently for what we don't yet see. THIS IS OUR HOPE BECAUSE OF JESUS - THE ANCHOR FOR OUR SOUL!

“BAD NEWS AND GOOD NEWS OF THE BIBLE” - PART 6 (RECORDED 04/13/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

We made it! Thank you for attending our last part of this series (PART 6) of my absolute favorite topic ever: BAD NEWS & GOOD NEWS OF THE BIBLE! God taught us so much during this series and I do hope that you gained a much better understanding about the most important message of the Bible.

During this Bible study, we reviewed the Bad News Concepts and the Good News Concepts. I just love hearing the GOOD NEWS from our Lord, as it never gets old! We also learned about the divine curse (coming from breaking the "Law") that Jesus took for us and how Jesus fulfilled the Old Covenant and made a New Covenant with us. We now live under grace (Law of Christ) and no longer under the Old Testament Law. The Law of Christ came from the gospels and commands: "Love the Lord your God with all of your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment." Second is like it...."love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments" (Matt 22:37-40). God also commissioned us to make disciples by sharing His "BAD NEWS/GOOD NEWS" with everyone - the Great Commission (Matt 28:18-20). By doing these things, we'll be upholding all that God requires of us.

“BAD NEWS AND GOOD NEWS OF THE BIBLE” - PART 5 (RECORDED 04/06/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

Thank you for attending PART 5 of my absolute favorite topic ever: BAD NEWS & GOOD NEWS OF THE BIBLE! Remember, before we can understand and appreciate the good news, we need to hear and understand the bad news.

During this Bible study, we reiterated the Bad News Concepts and the Good News Concepts. I just love hearing the GOOD NEWS from our Lord! We also learned more about Jesus' resurrection and its significance for mankind. And most importantly, we prayed together the Sinner's Prayer and what that means. The decision to accept Jesus as your Savior and pray that prayer changes everything for you! I look forward to hearing from you if you prayed this prayer for the first time. I encourage you over this next week as your homework to read: 1 Cor 15, 1 Thes 4:13-18, and Isaiah 53. Remember, it's so rewarding to renew your mind in God's Word and talk to Him everyday. My prayer is that you make that a daily habit. Lastly, a few ideas about how to study the Bible: (1) Pray and ask God to help you understand; (2) Start in the New Testament; (3) Slowly read a short passage each day; (4) Re-read the passage and make notes of anything that stands out; (5) Look up synonyms to important words; and (5) Ask yourself how the passage applies to you (using God's wisdom). I hope this helps you!

“BAD NEWS AND GOOD NEWS OF THE BIBLE” - PART 4 (RECORDED 03/16/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

This is PART 4 of my absolute favorite topic ever: BAD NEWS & GOOD NEWS OF THE BIBLE! Remember, before we can understand and appreciate the good news, we need to hear and understand the bad news.

During this Bible study, we dove into the BEST NEWS that God has for mankind! After hearing the BAD NEWS, we can now appreciate the GOOD NEWS of the Bible. God demonstrated His unconditional LOVE for us by providing a perfect "Substitute" to take the punishment of sin for us (Good News Concept #1). That Substitute was His Son, Jesus Christ (Good News Concept #2). Jesus left heaven to come down to earth to become God in the flesh in order to be crucified for the sins of His people. Jesus was crucified on a cross to be punished in our place (for all who would believe in Him by faith) so that God could forgive our sins and accept us; then three days later, Jesus came back from the dead since death could not keep its hold on Him because He had paid the penalty of sin (Good News Concept #3). Jesus was a perfect sacrifice to pay our sin debt because He was perfect/sinless in every way. Those who humbly accept this truth of God's grace by faith in God's plan to redeem His people because of Jesus' sacrifice, are saved from the three types of death we learned about, and their relationship with God the Father is restored. Talk about God proving the greatest LOVE and amazing GRACE ever given to mankind - WOW! This is incredibly GOOD NEWS, wouldn't you agree?

Good News Concept #1 is: "God provided a perfect Substitute"

Good News Concept #2 is: "Substitute is His Son, Jesus Christ"

Good News Concept #3 is: "Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected"

“BAD NEWS AND GOOD NEWS OF THE BIBLE” - PART 3 (RECORDED 03/09/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

My absolute favorite topic ever: BAD NEWS & GOOD NEWS OF THE BIBLE! In order to understand and appreciate God’s good news, we must first understand the bad news. This is because if we don’t learn that we have a need for the good news, the news won’t sound that good at all.

During this Bible study, we learned about the three types of death that were brought into the world through sin. Then we learned that our "good works" cannot get us into heaven and into God's presence. Since God cannot be in the presence of sin, we are not welcome in heaven in our current condition that we're born into. As sinners, we are separated from God for all eternity. The payment for our sins is death. And there is nothing that we can do on our own to make ourselves sinless, guiltless, shameless, or even holy, righteous, or perfect, which is what God requires. We committed crimes against God and we must pay the price: the death penalty. This is really BAD NEWS! Here we have it:

Bad News Concept #1 is: "WE HAVE A SIN PROBLEM."

Bad News Concept #2 is: "WE HAVE A DEATH PROBLEM."

Bad News Concept #3 is: "GOOD WORKS DON'T WORK!"

BUT GOD.......next week we will continue this series and learn how God's GOOD NEWS is perfect in every way, and a mystery He revealed that is utterly astounding!

“BAD NEWS AND GOOD NEWS OF THE BIBLE” - PART 2 (RECORDED 03/02/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

My absolute favorite topic ever: BAD NEWS & GOOD NEWS OF THE BIBLE! Yes, this BAD news is the outright worst news a person could ever hear, while the GOOD news is the absolute best news! Before we can understand the good news, we need to hear and understand the bad news.

During this Bible study, we read and studied Genesis 3. We learned that the devil twists things and is a liar and no one can be trusted except God, we can't hide from God, we should refrain from blaming others when we sin, sin came into the world because of the disobedience of Adam (he's held responsible because God gave him the command) which caused the "Fall of Mankind," everyone is born into sin (we inherit sin and we choose sin), God extended His mercy, compassion, and grace to Adam/Eve after they sinned, and we discovered God's redemptive intention and indescribable love for mankind. Bad News Concept #1 is: "WE HAVE A SIN PROBLEM. Bad News Concept #2 is: “WE HAVE A DEATH PROBLEM.”

During this Bible study, we learned the definition of the word "Gospel" while seeing that 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 offered more of an explanation. During this series, we'll discover the three concepts of the "Bad News," and three concepts of the "Good News." We also learned from our Lord in Genesis 2 that He created the first man and woman and placed them into a pristine garden, perfect in every way, designed to meet all of their needs. They had everything because they could be in the presence of their Creator without anything hindering them (physically, spiritually, and eternally). There was no such thing as death. Most importantly, they had a perfect relationship with their Creator and they knew and experienced only "good." They were naked and didn't feel any shame. God gave man (Adam) a command not to eat of one tree in the garden. Next week we will continue to learn more about what happens next. Stay tuned and be sure not to miss this next session.

“DO YOU KNOW IF YOU’RE GOING TO HEAVEN?” (RECORDED 02/16/21)

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study, we learned from the late Pastor Harold Salem seven reasons why he knew he was going to heaven. In fact, God teaches that "all followers of Jesus" will go to heaven. These reasons are made very clear from God in His written Word. Learning these truths offers tremendous hope, and we have been commissioned to share this with others who don't know Jesus as Savior. We all need HOPE!

PRAYER CIRCLE @ THE PARK

For those of you who couldn't attend our PRAYER CIRCLE @ THE PARK (Contactless) event this morning (10/31/20), I wanted to invite you to listen to the prayer that we prayed. The chirping of birds and even the planes flying above captured the presence of God's peace that exudes from being outdoors, enjoying God's creation and nature. It truly was a divine activity and I was privileged to be a part of this special time together. May God continue to bless each of you and may you be enriched by this prayer too.

Armor of God - Part 7 (of 7)

October 27, 2020

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

What a powerful, educational, reassuring, intriguing, humbling, revealing, and rewarding seven weeks of BIBLE STUDY BY PHONE this has been! Other than being spiritually attacked during the preparation for this series (Ha! and as one would expect), I enjoyed this study so much! I am more confident that I am prepared for my spiritual battles and hope that you are too. I would love to hear some feedback from you.

During this final Bible study we learned about the remaining two pieces of the spiritual armor (weapons) that God provides for His children (followers of Him). The "Helmet of Salvation" which is God's Spirit who indwells His children, offers complete protection for their minds/thoughts. Since our spiritual battles start in our minds, this piece of armor must be securely fastened and continually checked for its proper fit. We never want any part of our minds exposed without protection especially when the validity of our salvation is concerned. We learned that we need to listen intently and walk in lock-step with God's Spirit. His Spirit gives our minds the capability of discerning between spiritual truth and spiritual deception. This means that we are able to see and know things in a way that far exceeds our own limitations. How cool is that?

The last piece of spiritual armor is the only offensive weapon we have but it's the most dangerous to our opponents. It is the "Sword of the Spirit" which is God's Word - and is sharper than any two-edged sword. We use the power of the Word to cut through the many different messages communicated to us each day in order to discern what's true and what's not. A greater spiritual weapon is not conceivable! It's important to know that the Word of God is always our best and overpowering response to the devil. We learned that the next time we're facing temptation, forget the willpower and instead reach for our SWORD! ALL pieces of our spiritual armor are to be worn together in order to be effective!

We also learned that PRAYER is the divinely-ordained mechanism God has given us and is the atmosphere in which we must live and breathe. Therefore, we prayerfully "put on" this spiritual armor we have been given by God. This full armor is to be worn constantly so that we can stand our ground for the time of evil - in order to be effective and fulfill our God-given purpose. I'm sure that you agree that we should be very grateful that God equips us for every battle we'll face!

Choosing to put on these pieces of God's armor and confident that they will protect us, we will always gain the victory! Remind yourself that this armor is YOURS to always use!

Armor of God - Part 6

October 20, 2020

By Kelly Ann Bradicich (special guest: Janet Settles)

During this Bible study we learned about two more pieces of the spiritual armor (weapons) that God provides for His children.  We have available to arm ourselves with the "Shoes of Peace" which are symbolically the shoes Jesus specially offers His children that accompanies His indescribable peace.  We deliberately wear these shoes to allow ourselves to be firm-footed and ready for whatever Jesus has in store for us, especially during spiritual battles.  We know that we are filled with the peace of Jesus because of our faith in Him and what He did for us on the cross - the Gospel message.  Now we are armored-up and positioned in peace to walk about and cover territory for Him, making spiritual progress upon high places while we share His "Good News" with others.  This is His great commission for His children so that others can hear how they can share in His salvation that comes from His "Gospel of Peace!"

We also have available to us our "Shield of Faith."  This is referring to our faith in Jesus as Savior, being confident in Him and in every word He says.  When we face obstacles and are challenged with all sorts of trials, struggles, destructive emotions, and disappointments, we raise up our shield of faith - which means we are standing firm on all of the promises of God and we believe that He will keep them all too.  This gives us the courage to face any challenge as we continue to return our focus back on Jesus and the cross, which resets our faith.  When we do this, our faith strengthens, and the powers of darkness are overcome.  So grateful that God equips us for every battle we'll face!

Choosing to put on these pieces of God's armor and confident that they will protect us, we always gain the victory!  Remember to pray and ask God to guide and empower you to put on your pieces of armor and keep them on.  Remind yourself that this armor is YOURS to always use!

Armor of God - Part 5

October 13, 2020

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned about two pieces of the spiritual armor that God provides for His children. The "belt of truth" (the truth found in Jesus/His Word) is the foundational piece of armor because without it any other armor would be useless. Operating according to the truth of Scripture keeps us safe in God's will. The second piece of armor is the "breastplate of righteousness." Followers of Jesus exchanged their sin for the righteousness of Jesus (a condition of being acceptable to God). How awesome is that? We use the breastplate that God gave us to protect our heart from evil attacks because we know who we are in Jesus. So, let's tighten that belt of truth to avoid the penetration of any lies as well as put on our spiritual breastplate of righteousness to protect our heart from evil and condemnation. Please see attached two images reflecting these two pieces of armor that may help you to remember what they represent. Remember to pray and ask God to guide and empower you to put on your pieces of armor and keep them on.

Armor of God-God fights your battles-image for Bible study-smaller version.jpg

Armor of God - Part 4

October 6, 2020

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

During this Bible study we learned how our journey in this life as a "follower of Jesus" completely changes when we put our faith in HIM. He becomes our "all in all" and fights our battles. We live in Him, fully protected, while He lives in us by His Spirit, full empowered. All "followers of Jesus" are His church, we are all His royal family, and are gifted to help one another. This includes our being a "support" to one another during our battles while we rest in Jesus' arms as He's fighting for us. We discovered how we "possess all we need" for this life, just as God promises us.

Spiritual Warfare Steps:

1. Make a list of everything that steals your joy (attacks your mind)

2. Apply God’s Word to each one (His truth/principle)

3. When that thought pops into your mind, you immediately apply what God says against that lie (harmful thought). This way, you’re replacing evil with good (Rom 12:21); also Isaiah 7:15 says “reject the wrong, choose the right.” (Other supporting verses: Psalm 118:4-8; Psalm 56:3-4)

Armor of God - Part 3

September 29, 2020

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

Another excellent Bible study session this week discovering the tactics of our main enemy. By learning this, we can become more aware and prepared to ward off our spiritual attacks. Covered during our study were numerous ways that all focus on attacking the mind. We were also warned not to fall into the "BUSYNESS" trap or else we'll find ourselves "being under satan's yoke" (B-U-S-Y).  Remember to never leave an open door to anything sinful or you can fall into temptation.

We need to renew our "minds" daily so that we are more educated on what GOD SAYS about everything!  Remember we learned that "the Word of God is the most powerful weapon against the temptations of the devil!"  Replace the wrong thoughts with the right (God) thoughts (Rom 12:21).

ARMOR OF GOD - PART 2

September 22, 2020

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

This topic of Armor of God (which includes spiritual warfare) seems to be of interest to many people right now.  It's no wonder because we're seeing more evil creeping in on a daily basis.  People are wondering what's happening in this world and are looking for spiritual answers.  During this Bible study we learned that we are in a spiritual battle, the battlefield is our mind, and our biggest enemy is the devil and his army.  It's important to learn about our enemy so that we can become educated with his tactics and strategies (much more about this next week) that are meant to disable us and cause us to be ineffective in God's kingdom.  However, we are warned not to over-emphasize this nor under-emphasize this education process.  We need to renew our "minds" daily so that we are more educated on what GOD SAYS about everything!  Remember we learned that "the Word of God is the most powerful weapon against the temptations of the devil!"

ARMOR OF GOD - PART 1

September 15, 2020

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

God is stepping into our lives in a deeper way to show us how we can live in victory with Him!  During this Bible study we learned that God longs for us to abundantly live out His purpose for our lives.  We also heard that the devil wants to destroy us so that we cannot live out our God-given purpose.  This topic is essential and always has been.  Jesus is our power source and we must never forget that.  Relish in the truth that as "followers of Jesus," our names are written in the "lambs book of life!" (Rev 21:27).

IN WITH THE TRUTH - OUT WITH THE LIES - PART 4

September 8, 2020

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

We opened our Bible study session with a devotion confirming how powerful God's Word is, then heard some of the common lies that people believe.  We applied God's truth to each lie. I'm hoping (prayerfully) that this entire series spoke to each of us and the importance of learning what God has to say about everything in this life.  What He says is what matters!  Your final take away was to begin reading, studying, meditating, memorizing, and living out Psalm 119.  Psalm 119 magnifies the TRUTH of God's Word and makes it honorable.  Can't go wrong there.  May you be blessed in all you do!

IN WITH THE TRUTH - OUT WITH THE LIES - PART 3

September 1, 2020

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

We discovered that we should come to God and hear Him speak through His Word with eyes wide open, ears unclogged, hearts surrendered, and removing any preconceived notions.  This way we are more prepared to yield to God's Spirit and hear truth.  Once we learn His truth, His truth sets us free.  We are given spiritual freedom - freed from the power of satan and the condemnation of sin.  Hallelujah!

IN WITH THE TRUTH - OUT WITH THE LIES - PART 2

August 25, 2020

By Kelly Ann Bradicich

At our Bible study last night we learned that truth is what God says and He speaks HIS truth through His Word. His Spirit tells us what God means when He speaks. Followers of Jesus have God's Spirit living inside them. We can't fathom the privilege of that gift. Understanding biblical truth is not by education, but by revelation. Education can give you facts, but revelation gives you understanding. That's what God's Spirit gives you. Listen to this recorded teaching to learn more.

We should never want to beat people up with God's truth but instead to hold it up like a radiant beacon because it's what we all hunger for without realizing it.
